The Camp Humphreys Good Neighbor Program, in conjunction with the Office of Public Affairs, is an official program established under Army Regulation 360-4 that aims to foster closer ties and mutual understanding between the local community and Camp Humphreys.

What is the Good Neighbor Program?

The program aims to strengthen the bond between the local community and Camp Humphreys through a variety of cooperative and goodwill activities, and to foster an atmosphere of mutual understanding and respect for each other's cultures.

Good Neighbors membership benefits include

Invitations to official Camp Humphreys events: You will be invited to a variety of official events held at Camp Humphreys.
Golf Membership Purchase Eligibility: You will have the opportunity to purchase tickets to the on-base golf course.
Base Access Privileges: GoodNavers members are issued a pass that allows them to come and go as they please on base.

Membership information

Initiation fee: 3,000,000 KRW (one-time fee)
Annual fee: 600,000 KRW (paid annually)
